Grand Ballroom

Our renovated 17,500 sq ft ballroom is spacious and majestic. With 24ft ceilings, and start of the art lighting and sound. this space is sure to impress your guests. This ballroom can accomidate up to 1200 guests.

The Grand Foyer is directly outside the ballroom and is the perfect location for your cocktail reception prior to your Grand entrance.

Loading into the ballroom is very convenient for your vendors. Our Grand Ballroom features direct access from the loading dock.

Royal Ballroom

Our renovated 10,370 sq ft ballroom is located in our South Tower. The ballroom features beautiful glass tile chandeliers and can accomidate up to 750 guests.

The Royal Foyer is large and inviting. It allow your guests to mix and mingle in privacy.

Garden Ballroom

This intimate Ballroom is very unique, with its 13 ft ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and private terrace. Perfect for a wedding of 200-250 guests, who want to accomplish and indoor/outdoor feel.

Fire pits, bars and seating, can be added to the patio as an additional enhancement.

Ask us about having your ceremony here on site & provide an easy transition for your guests from your ceremony to the reception.

Confirmation of Space

and Deposits
A deposit of 25% of the estimated charges is due along with your signed contract to confirm your event.

Guest Accommodations
A room block may be setup for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. Check in time is 4:00pm, and check out time is 12 noon. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.

Final Payment
Final payment in the form of a cashier’s check money order, check credit card or cash is due at least ten (10) business days prior to the wedding date. A refundable 20% overage deposit will be collected with the final payment to cover charges and/or incidentals incurred during the wedding.

Guarantee
A final guarantee is due by 11:00am three business days prior to your event. Once received this number may not be reduced. We will be prepared to serve 3% over the guaranteed number.

Security
Hyatt Regency Orange County will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following your ceremony or reception. Should you wish to hire security services, suggestions are available through your wedding specialist. Please ensure someone from your wedding party secures any gifts left at your wedding. The hotel will not be responsible for gift removal. This includes all vendor equipment on property.
